Greetings.
This will be the last newsletter for 2003 so we will wish you all a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year. In October we cancelled our trip to the Awhitu Regional Park but are happy to announce that this has now been rescheduled to February 2004.
Thanks to Brenda Knight for the article she has contributed on Philip Callan. Muriel Fisher's story about her coming to Birkenhead, was given at a stories afternoon some years ago. Thanks. The stories from these afternoons are invaluable for the contribution they make to understanding the history of our area. Keep writing.
